Experienced Flat Rate Technician – Mercedes-Benz Opportunity
Mercedes-Benz of Tacoma is seeking a Journeyman-level Flat Rate Technician who can consistently produce in a high-volume dealership environment.
This is a production-based role requiring proven flat-rate experience. Candidates must be able to diagnose, repair, and maintain strong flagged hours in a structured, fast-paced shop.
This role is best suited for technicians already performing at a journeyman or higher level.

What You Will Do
- Perform advanced diagnostics and repair work
- Handle electrical, drivability, and mechanical systems
- Maintain consistent production and flagged hours
- Follow OEM procedures and ensure repair accuracy
- Communicate efficiently with service advisors
What We’re Looking For
- Proven flat-rate technician experience required
- Journeyman or higher-level production capability
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to consistently flag hours in a production environment
- Experience in dealership or high-volume shop preferred
- Professional, disciplined work ethic

Requirements
- 1 year of automotive experience.
- ASE certifications are ideal.
- Strong automotive background
- Strong teamwork skills
- Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written.
- Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check.
- Must have a clean & valid driver's license.
